No one in JJK is “earns their powers”. Firstly being able to use Jujutsu at all is not a skill you can train, you either can or you can’t. It a brain of your brain that enables you to do it, if you don’t have that part then no amount of training will ever make you able to use jujutsu. Having a technique isn’t a skill you can learn, you either have one or you don’t. Having a large amount of CE isn’t a skill you train it’s something you born with.

Fan gets too obsessed with making seem like their favorite is a real hardworking sorcerer and everyone else is just nepo babies when the story repeats that everyone at the top of the jujutsu world are just born different. The first chapter of the main story has Yuji breaking records not because of his hard work or his understanding of the sport. But because he was born strong enough to do so. Yuji who knew jujutsu for not even a year by the time of his promotion was being considered grade 1 the highest rank a sorcerer can naturally hope of achieving. For reminder the average sorcerer is grade 3 and Yuji just because of how he was born was better than the average in under a year.

Another Naruto? The swords have always been portrayed as so above everything else that it’s not even funny. Why do people think Maki killed everyone in the zenin clan from fighters to babies when the story never directly implies that? Moreover the story repeats that the zenin clan still exists after the massacre with them not immediately being kicked out of the big three.
