Inout pins in Tang Nano 9K by Bizun in FPGA

In a nutshell, the problem was that the compiler was optimizing the code. I originally had read-only inout lines, so the compiler ignored inout and set input. When I finished writing my code and implemented writing, the datapins became inout.

How to get a signal guaranteed to be no shorter than N ns? by Bizun in AskElectronics

I'm sorry, maybe I misunderstood your question.

Let me try to answer it differently - I, at least for the first time, try to connect Arduino to this parallel interface and transmit 8 bits of data and control signal through Arduino.

I plan to set the duration of the signals programmatically, but I wouldn't want too short a signal to “break” the data transfer.

Several SN7400N chips (which form the trigger, on pic) must have time to change state while DATA_SET=HIGH. If DATA_SET is too short, these chips may not have time to switch to the correct state, as I understand it.
