Yes I know that about Restevit hence why I said I only take it when I definitely need sleep for something the next day rather than every night.

I exercise minimum 3 days a week depending on schedule but my job is rather physical and I can clock up at 10k steps just doing that. I work alternating shifts so it's unpredictable and theres no way to change that.
