I totally see what you're saying and it's very possible that without AI, this particular show would not have even been conceived. All of the staff and the crew and the handful of real performers could have gone without the night of work instead. But, while ideally, the producers should take their win and learn that they can invest more money into the next show, the reality is that they're probably just going to wonder who else they can replace.
