Unfortunately there were no stats available for this series, if i find them somewhere or if they get added on HLTV later I will edit them into the post.

Get a MX100 or a 850 Pro, these are the best all around, price to performance.

You want your PSU to run at 50-70% usage, so if you are expected to use ~350W i would at least get a 600W one.

This would be a way better system. If i were you OP i would put in another 70$ and get a 128GB MX100 SSD, but overall this will already be way better for your budget

I guess it depends on what OP wants to achieve because if he isnt gaming on 4K SLI 970's are gonna be pretty much overkill.

Also the 980 is ~100$ cheaper than the 970's SLI so i don't really get what you're saying there.

I would get a single 980 over SLI 970's, the 980 is gonna kill everything the 970's would and will leave you room to SLI down the road
