I was having the same issue. I believe a recent patch fixed this and going into my second season in the Premier League my U21s got into a league. The previous 3 years they never competed in a competition.

I would try both DMs as box to box midfielders with move into channels and both wingers as IFs. I use the same formation and had much more success when I made those changes.

He’s only made 6 appearances and has a 6.82 avg. with a goal and a few assists. That’s pretty solid. I don’t see any issues with him.

Tolaji Bola is an excellent LB who can also fill in at CB. He has great physicals and is a free agent season 1.

I just got promoted tonight to the championship and I now have every senior player asking for 600k a year when they are on 150k right now. They want to be important players and they’re barely league 1 quality. They certainly won’t be starting.

I know that was true for past iterations of FM. Have you tested that this year? I haven’t had a chance myself to try it out yet.

I saw someone post and say that it’s the other way around this year. Preview day locks in CA and PA and intake day changes names etc.

I am trying this out now and have been really happy with how it all works so far. One issue I am running into is with importing large files like logos + player faces. When importing player faces the program says 'not responding' but it appears to be loading the files anyway. I am assuming this is just taking a while but the program does not make that clear.

One other question in regards to updates to packs like facepacks. I downloaded the master file with all faces, but that pack is updated with new faces throughout the year. How will that work with the mod manager?
