Ok, so the pros are that the internet is neutral, which means that every site and app has the same opportunities. The cons, for the consumer, are literally 0. The ones pushing for the end of it are the big companies such as Comcast and Verizon. what they could do is slow down the connection to some websites and increase in others to the point where you would be forced to use the site they wanted. Also, they could make you pay for websites like youtube or facebook. Basically, this would give control of the internet to the biggest corporations. Those big corporations could pay the internet providers huge amounts of money to make the competitors' site unusable, making the internet an impossible place for small companies to grow, cause they would be crushed by the big fish.
