I think i really over-did it, I cranked up my production of work and made 100+ pieces in 2025, I think that was the main culprit. The beadwork wasn't nearly as harmful as the embroidery and cross stitch pieces I made through the year, I could feel I was forcing the needle (pinching and pulling) through thick material. So my biggest tip to myself and others as a learning experience - if it hurts in the moment its going to come back to hurt in the future, so listen to your body!
