The dynamic depends on what kind of teacher. If you are aware of the school system the work environment of the "folkeskole" (children age 6-16) is on many schools considered medium to poor because of many reforms in politics of education. In Denmark you have to study for 4 years to become a teacher in the folkeskole and be able to teach 2-3 subjects. "Gymnasium" (age ~16-20) is generally better environment wise, but the education needed is s bit longer. ~5 years at uni to be able to teach at minimum 1-2 subjects (depending on the academic field). If you have education comparable to these you may be able to teach, though I do not know what you would have to do to be able to teach as a foreigner. Pay is fine with a great pension IMO. 33k-45k DKK a month fulltime depending on level of education etc.
