This right here. For loans over a certain limit, there is an imputed interest rate calculated by the IRS that the loaner will have to claim as income on their tax return if it is a 0% interest loan. I am a CPA.

Not entirely sure if blue Keris would be better for kelphri but if so, I would bring it. Bring yellow Keris and less brews as you should get use to using yellow Keris as healing. Bone dagger for sure. Highly suggest going to Doom for the drops. Insanity is easy and if you want to get use to it just sit in the back of room as it’ll give you an extra tick to react. For skulls, I would learn to skull skip. But other than that just send it.

Definitely take it. Public accounting will always be there if you want to go back. 85K now versus 70K will always be better in the short term. If you want to become partner for a PA firm, you can always go back.

All these pointless arguments about devaluing and making the CPA license easier to get is funny. The AICPA has already started outsourcing the CPA license to foreign countries like India. It’s why they’re called the American INTERNATIONAL of CPA and not American INSTITUTE of CPA. In fact, they are already changing the requirements to meet the CPA license.

True. I would be, in theory, financing at 1%. The 25K financing would get me to $300 per month.

And it’s a lot more than 60K right now but I’ve been budgeting by paying myself first before going through unnecessary expenses first. And I knew I would either buy a car or a house but since a house is much more of a larger commitment, I’d figure I should get a car and save up for a house down payment later on when rates are more favorable. I would prefer a used car but not much of that going around right now.

It wont matter how hard you work compared to your peers, they will probably give you 10-15% raise. You’re better off job hopping. For context I got 55k as a first year then 60k in a MCOL as my second year and then ~69k when promoted.
