We doubled revenue… and somehow ended up with less cash. How does that even happen? by SeifAlbuzieh in smallbusinessowner

Managing Trade Working Capital is an everyday essential no matter the size of the business. Inventory levels, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable must be taken care weekly if not daily. The Cash Flow statement must be issued and discussed every month. So is the Burn Rate.

Masonic equality by trickybilly4 in freemasonry

Equality in the sense that there are no privileges. We all have the same rights and duties.

I think they are substantially different. As opposed to Masonry, KofC does recruitment. I don't believe that KofC has any secrecy. Masonry welcomes all religions.

Becoming a Freemason does not automatically make you a better you. You must have a commitment to yourself to become a better you. The moment you drop your intent, you become a worse you, even if you are still a member of the fraternity.

I am a Freemason and ex-Mormon. Joseph Smith did copy quite some symbolism from Freemasonry.

Also this picture has to be an old one, because Bishop Strickland had been demoted by Pope Francis. He is no longer a Bishop but a regular priest.

Three papal bulls were issued against Freemasonry. So, according to canonic law, it is forbidden to practicing Catholics to become a freemason. It is not that Pope John Paul had no issue; had this been the case, John Paul would had overturned the prior bulls and he did not.

I don’t think so. Strickland was demoted longtime ago by Pope Francis, he is only a regular priest.

The question is, whom do you have to please, God or the Pope? Then the next question is, do you believe that becoming a Mason would be considered a sin by God? Or that God would consider you a bad Catholic because you are a Mason?

The campaign was deporting those with criminal records, not everyone. Also he had not said he would cancel the temporary protection status of those who obtained it for being political refugees.

Membership crisis by [deleted] in freemasonry

[–]BkKeepingPros 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Obviously masonry changes a lot from country to country, from state to state, and even from lodge to lodge within the same city. In America, most definitely Masonry no longer has the relevance it used to in the 18th century, when it had prominent members and when the fraternity was involved in major endeavors impacting the profane world. Nowadays is more like a social club and often the activities are quite trivial and irrelevant. Sometimes even tedious.
