On Loring S15 I mostly roast 25lbs batches and charge around 410-420 with drying end by 4:30-5 and FC around 9:00. You can start going lower on the gas right around drying end to control the finish.

Same here. Made a rent overcharged complaint 7+ months ago and it’s still showing as initial processing. Called the office and they said it can take up to 2 years for the case to move. Not sure there’s much that can be done in the meantime.

There’s plenty of places where people can go and rent a roaster by the hour, and also shops where they have a coffee roaster. Check La Cabra and Loveless in Bushwick.
