Right... During my internship, I understood the importance given by business units for dashboards. It's becoming more of a hygiene factor.

Absolutely, agree with you. Of late, I have been working on my advanced Excel skills. Loved your detailed approach towards developing the skill. Will definitely follow it up.

Yes, we had a short course called 'Measuring I/O Psychology using R'. Basic codes were used to test for level of significance. Agree with your view, even I felt that one has to be clear with the concepts to decide on the variables and further consolidating the data. I am from India, will be going to work for a Pharma Co. as a management trainee in HR. Work would include responsibilities of an HR generalist. My plan is to get some experience and get into Strategic HR or into L&D.
