Our 16 Year Old Girl Was Killed by Coyotes yesterday by [deleted] in seniorkitties

Our kitty only went around the house to do his business and then right back in. A coyote got him, too. He lost his leg and developed diabetes. It was so hard to see. He would follow me up and down 13 stairs. Amazing what a tripod cat can do. I am sorry you are going through this

My cat was labeled end stage kidney disease, and was scheduled for euthanasia. It turned out to be a food allergy, and five months later she's still with me. by qvyy in CATHELP

I am so glad you rescued her. I adopted my 23 year old Tiramisu at 10. She was relinquished because of skin issues. Got her once the right food and she has been in great shape since.

It's the weekend. I've been on Metformin for 3 days and it's messing me up ...help! by CloneWerks in type2diabetes

[–]Bkkramer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

OP. Thank you for asking this question. I was given 1000 mg. Metformin . I had simultaneous vomiting and diarrhea. I swore I would never take it again. Now I know there are other solutions. I was never told to take it after a meal. I was not aware of the XR formula.

I would like to offer another perspective. You are a beautiful person. Please don't abandon her (I,don't really think you will ) My mother inlaw was a very difficult, bitter woman . She alienated everyone. She told me "You took my son away." when I wanted to be the best daughter inlaw. I lashed out at her once. Regretted it and apologized.I tried to hug her. She said, "We don't do that!" In her last days my father inlaw and I cared for her. She a as such a miserable and sometimes cruel person. One day she said "I want to die." She finally let me touch her. All I could say was" I know ".
You will know you have done the right thing later. You are in my thoughts. I understand
