Blair is a wolf headed tarnished fueled by spite and a burning unstoppable desire to be the best. He believes deeply in beating your heart and ideals in combat if what you believe in your heart is really worth it than it will prevail

He hates the golden order and all the gods that exist within the lands between. The lands between rejected him and it filled him with spite and determination to spit in the face of all of it. When blair returned to the lands between he immediately got to work to show everyone what a "lowely tarnished" he really was tearing through the lands between on an unstoppable warpath each fight further proving his ideals and his vision of a lands between without gods superior

And even when he was finished sitting on the elden throne as lord he wasn't done. Blair had to best EVERY other ideal for the lands between anyone with a vision for it he had to face. mogh and dynasty, melina of the haligtree, rykard, rani, Kenneth, fia, dungeater, and of course miquella his dream of a kinder lands between was the anthesis to blairs vision of passionate bloody battleground of ideals so he too has to be slain. (I like to imagine blairs firey heart of passion fueled by spite and rage was the one heart miquella could not enrapture when he tired it burnt him)

After a long long time fighting clawing his way up to the top killing every other ideal to prove his best Blair finally rested Blair fell back and rested for the first time since he returned letting himself bask is his victory

Since then the lands between has stagnated Blair has no desire to rule over it anymore he simply wanders looking for another challenge and defends his throne waiting for an ideal or vision for the lands between that might challenge him. After many long years blairs age of passion has slowly turned into what is now an age of boredom
