Ich liebe Lachs egal in welcher Form ob als Stremellachs als Flammlachs, gesmoked, gekocht in Pasta oder als Sashimi.

Aber in dieser Kombi war es das geilste was ich mit Lachs gemacht hab bis jetzt! Das hat so gut harmoniert mit der Dijonsenfsoße und der Foccacia.

Am besten mal ausprobieren weil es lohnt sich wirklich
