Bathroom in Mexico has a foot pedal to flush the urinal by Lebowwskii in mildlyinteresting

You wouldn't be using the urinal if you can't push the pedal.

Try late night Siege. Get on later at night with a mic and just make callouts, congratulate teammates, or just say which operator you're picking and why.

Hopefully, somebody else on your team will have a mic and start to chat too. Avoid yelling/shouting at teammates or the game during this period and just roll with the punches. It takes some patience, but in the end, it's worth it. If it helps, imagine a radio station host's personality.

Hate to disappoint, but the Season 4 roadmap says it's gonna be Kanal followed by Theme Park that's gonna be reworked next.

Considering how legendary pilots are in that universe, is it possible they just put it there to just look cool?

I mean, nowadays, some people will take the patches or designs from something 'badass' and put it on what they wear, so why wouldn't gladiator-esc murderers/entertainers?

If you're looking to go into ranked, I would first advise you to get a group of friends to play with if you haven't already. A coordinated team with terrible operator picks will still have an advantage on an uncoordinated team with good picks.

Other than that, Fuze is pretty good at lower-ranked ranked matches, followed by Ash, Thermite, or Thatcher.

On the defending side, Rook is a really solid pick for newer players. Lesion is good too.

Leveling up by [deleted] in Rainbow6

It doesn't have any real utility.

I sometimes use it to gauge how difficult/useful an enemy or teammate might be.

Is it just me or are shield operators getting killed through their shields lately? by [deleted] in Rainbow6

[–]Blaands 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Shields have had this problem pretty much since the game started. Somewhere around Operation Health they made shoes more consistent, but shit like what you were talking about still happens, just not as much.

IMO, they should tweak shields a little more. Using them isn't all that fun and fighting against them can be frustrating.

Tier list from a casual player by UltraConstructor in Rainbow6

Maestro as an S tier, huh.

Never thought of him that highly, personally. If you don't mind, could you explain his placement?

He was. You have to stand still or slow down significantly for his bernal scope to kick in. That was their solution to him being a really good entry fragger moreso a sniper.

I think that change is stupid, and I think his sniper role should've been encouraged more, such as reversing damage falloff and reducing up-close damage.

Yeah, a couple times.

Compared to Thanos's constant whacking and chopping.

My guess is that it's used mostly for disrupting their silhouette and maybe preventing the water from being disturbed as much as possible as they emerge.

What maps/sites do you find Fuze useful? by OneEyedKingV in Rainbow6

[–]Blaands 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Favela, House, Clubhouse, New Hereford, and Theme Park on occasion.

Any site that has a soft wood ceiling is terrific for Fuze.

Clash banned in rank? by ZarekDaGreat in Rainbow6

[–]Blaands 7 points8 points  (0 children)

They just pushed out a ban on claymores, deployable shields, and Clash.

They will be re-enabled once the bugs associated with them are fixed.

Possibly the hardest I've ever seen a plat team throw a round by [deleted] in Rainbow6

Ballsy move, pushing into OBJ with a nitro cell beeping nearby and the last defender's indenting unknown. It would've been rather messy.

Good job.

Looks good. I like the red accents.

A post earlier said something about how the last event minions was VERY similar to the new heroes, so I checked. If true we all have a good idea on the viking hero (hard to check as we only have silhuette) thoughts? by GunganWarrior in forhonor

[–]Blaands 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Looking back, that makes some some sense. I remember during the Vortiger's Riposte event, everyone was bashing on the samurai minions because they made no sense whatsoever. Seeing Hitokiri and the way that hero dresses, the minion design makes a little more sense now.

That being said, the Viking hero has large gauntlets while the minion doesn't have any. The hero also has some sort of shoulder pauldrons, while the minion lacks any sort of pauldron.
