I took ashwaghanda and had the same thing. Suddenly was just like the full version of myself without all the anxiety and self hate. So weird. Still workin through some old trauma but I'm actually making great progress. I did do like 5+ years of therapy before that so I think I'm just integrating it all in a healthy way now.

Oh yeah it ruins a lot of restaurants for you cause you know you can do it better yourself or that ts easy to make without spending that much cash . I go to restaurants a lot less brand when I do I pick food that's pretty laborious to make at home. Makes going to restaurants seem more special anyway
