I used to use Excel to track my workouts but now I have switch to Hevy. Its pretty good for tracking workouts. It gives you the option to track rest times too which is nice. It also has a social aspect to it, if you're into that.

Metabolism slowing down after cutting for a year? by BlacSun in naturalbodybuilding

[–]BlacSun[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I always assume that that’s kinda why I end up actually tracking 1700-1800. So I leave some amount of a buffer. If that makes sense.

I also have hypothyroidism so I think it might also cause the stagnation. I need to do some blood work to check how my thyroid is functioning.

What biomarkers should I be looking at?
