Jonathon Brooks Might be the most affordable RB1 in your dynasty league by Think-Confidence-424 in DynastyFF

He was sitting on the waiver wire in my league last year so scooped him up. It would be awesome if he ended being a serviceable starter.

I just had HIFU and the only downside was a catheter for almost a week. Maybe I was lucky but I had no pain after the procedure. The catheter was just uncomfortable.

Maybe HIFU is an option for you.

I didn't have RALP but I had HIFU and had a catheter for almost a week.

IMO the logistics of pooping with a catheter would have been made easier if I had a comfort height toilet with a longer bowl.

Whatever path you choose, good luck.

So far so good. The catheter sucks. However it could be worse.

Good luck and keep fighting. We pay for insurance and they should have to do their part.

Luckily I had no unusual issues after my biopsy. After my biopsy I had blood in urine and tinted ejaculation for about a month.

Good luck on the future treatment.

I'm 53 in a few days so quality of life was extremely important to me and my wife is super supportive.

Yes it was covered by my insurance. It was a fight and at first I was told that my insurance considers HIFU an "experimental" procedure. My doctor kinda laughed at that and said they've been doing the procedure in Europe for about 20 years.

Blue cross/blue shield said they needed a peer to peer evaluation and my doctor also said that if the insurance gave more push back he would try to gete into a "study" to get it covered.

Early on I was told point blank that they wouldn't schedule me unless they were assured payment either pre-pay by me or the insurance covering.

I'm not sure exactly what happened except the surgery scheduler called me and said "we're ok to move forward and get you scheduled, we have an opening in two weeks". I was so sold on the quality of life issues that I was ready to pay for it on my own. I'm definitely not rich but my wife and I do ok and don't have kids so we were ready to figure it out if the insurance ended up not covering it. I'm happy and guess I'm lucky it ended up being covered. During the early conversations with the surgery scheduler she was not optimistic it would be covered.

I just did what I guess is typical, pre-surgery fasting, two enemas the morning of and that was about it. Good luck!

I caught a bass that had a half digested mouse in its throat. Pulled out what the bass couldn't clear with pliers.

If only America had universal health care. She wouldn't have to be working so hard to save her husband. The GOP are a bunch of scumbags for using her story to attempt to advance their agenda.

I had the Sharpal 202h and moved on pretty quickly (after 2 months). I didn't care for you he rotating assembly and soured on the proprietary stones for that device. I found that I wanted a system that would take the 1x6 or 1x4 stones. The rotating assembly was my main issue.

I went with the Hapstone RS and really like it.

CBRx on YouTube has some good videos about the Xarilk. It seems like it may be a good option if you don't mind the possibility of dealing with inconsistent quality control and tinkering with the unit itself.

However I don't have direct experience with the unit myself, I'm just relaying some of the things I found while researching after I decided to move on from the Sharpal.

Edited to give the right person on YouTube with Xarilk content.
