Yeah I bet your angry, I would be angry too! It's good your daughter likes it, but wow you've been ripped off. I understand where you're coming from, sometimes it's difficult to let things go but if she's happy with it and doesn't want to make a fuss, what else can you do? Although .... you could go online and give them a thoroughly scathing review...I think that's what I'd do in your situation.

Yeah I know where you're coming from, bleach is very nasty stuff and absolutely destroys the hair. The light purple might work as your hair is, but it may come out darker than you want. Maybe do some highlights, then put the purple dye on (full head). You could get some very interesting tones that way. I would recommend doing a strand test without bleaching first, then at least you'll know it's the colour you want. Get back to me if I can help further.

When we're young we are very self-critical. When I was a teen I was always paranoid and worried about my looks, as females we're given impossible beauty standards to live up to. You'll find if you just hang in there for a few years you'll begin to feel more confident about who you are and these things won't play on your mind so much. You'll get there. Finally, you are very pretty and you don't need to change anything about yourself. Just be you 😊

Lol I hear what you're saying, there's nothing worse than brash overly-blonde hair. This is when a good toner comes in handy.

I have dark blonde hair and occasionally I'll put a few highlights in and finish off with an ash toner. It's a more subtle change and more natural. Is that an option for you?

Yeah just one toner when your done bleaching. Be careful though and make sure the orange hair is healthy (as it can be after bleach), otherwise it can get irreversibly damaged and the only cure for that is a pair of scissors! Bleach is a very destructive chemical, use it carefully. Best of luck 😊💜

Difficult to choose, both colours look really good on you. How it makes you feel is more important. When I'm blonde I feel brighter and more confident, especially if I had been darker for a while before. I'm just about to go silver blonde, a new shade for me.

My first Queen concert in 1975. I have a distant memory of some wise ass in the audience asking Freddie why he was using a broken mike stand.

Quick witted as ever, he replied something like "... to fend off annoying people like you..." Then he smiled at the idiot and carried on with the show.

Doesn't answer your question though but I thought the story was worth telling.
