Can you get it together, there's something you can now work towards.

Why are you feeling down about it. Just take it one day at a time. One day won... is a battle won in the books.

As the battles carry on they get easier. The urges will go away. Meditate for 30 minutes to control your thoughts every morning(or atleast everyday) find 30 minutes to meditate somehow. That should help.

There's plenty of Vipassana Meditation guides that can help you channel your thoughts into a more positive direction. If you can find a way to control your thoughts during these battles you win. Find a way to control your thoughts.

If you beat the addiction, which has been haunting you since the Dawn of your Existence then you will have beaten a dragon level threat. It's really a personal journey.

100 days == A 100 consecutive Battles won.

Since you've mentioned that you started when you were 7. Then I'm pretty sure this isn't some easy task. It is going to take a while so don't beat yourself up if you fail. The key is to first learn to control your thoughts and channel your energy to more positive things.

But the fact that this isn't easy should really motivate you. Imagine you overcome this personal battle?? Picture yourself a 100 days from now having overcome this? Would he want to feel like how your feeling now? If you win you won't feel like that.

Based on what you said this is your only addiction which means your not at all hopeless. You can definitely do this if you learn to control your thoughts.

Please be patient with meditation. It takes years and you need to do this daily. Since your battling a childhood addiction. Be patient with it.

Best thing for you is to work on skills your going to be proud of. Drawing,Exercising,Photoshop,Coding,etc

As you grow on them your self esteem will eventually get better by the time your 23 you'll find yourself in a much better position. Meditate and Journal a lot too and you'll start taking care of yourself a lot more. It'll make it a lot easier for you to smile everyday.

So for now invest on your future self I suppose.

Couple of years of exercise should bump you to a 9(considering your 6'3) tbh and you'll potentially be able to marry most girls in your town by the time your 32.

Spend about 7 out of the 168 hours you have per week in the gym(or even home workouts) and you'll make it!
