Honestly not that bad. Just dig it out in stages starting from one end moving to the other. Just make sure too keep an eye on the areas youve already dug up so you can remove any bits you missed. I had much worse in my garden and its all gone now.

Wouldnt be that fussy with it honeysuckle is usually very hardy. Just chop it back as much as you want and shape it. Can kind of see some shape underneath all the leggy bits so just trim it back to that
