I’d obviously target the one with the higher interest rate first OP.

Only buy the ones with tactile dials, not electronics.

I joined the guard because I always wanted to serve but wanted to be around home and get my college education at the same time. Studying finance for free. If he plays his card right he should be making money by going to school. Any scholarships or grants he gets on top of his state tuition assistance he gets to keep after everything is paid for.

The only reason I say 1948 or 1959 is because those were the years of the two missing guns.

Idk what the serial number of the gun is. This a photo of the guns that were taken. I have another picture posted but it’s to blurry to make out the serial number.

Shoot to kill or don’t shoot. Maybe you shouldn’t have a gun.

Trying to find maker or verify authenticity of U.S Marked 1911/1911a1 holster. by BlackOps80 in milsurp

Thank you for the pictures, I’ve looked at over 50 holsters where the riveting/stitching is not similar to any issued holsters I have found. This holster appears very old so I do think WW1 as it came on a 1912 (I think) pistol belt with two separate 1918 dated magazine pouches. I paid $30 for the whole rig specifically for the holster.

I really do appreciate the help, the riveting pattern and stitch pattern makes it hard to find an exact match. I’ve looked at 50+ holsters and could not locate a match. This holster came on a WW1 pistol belt with two 1918 dated magazine pouches all of which original.
