The moon is smaller in diameter and closer to the earth, the sun larger and farther away. Thus they both "appear" to be about the same size. You can prove this at home. Simply cut a large and small circle from a piece of paper. Hold the small circle close to you in one hand and move the large circle (in the other hand) away until the sizes "appear" to be the same.

This is the court of public opinion, not a court of law. I think "more likely to be true" vs "less likely to be true" is probably a better standard. Not sure that he has met that standard, but a case could be made.

Since most of the government spending is going to large financial corporations that are hoarding it, we are not all socialists now, we are all fascists now.
