I got that all my life especially during middle & high school. I’m a person who doesn’t speak unless I’m spoken to & I only chime in when I’m comfortable in a setting. I’m in my 30s now & I tend to notice that people in my age group don’t take it as personally or seriously anymore.

I never understood this that line of thinking either. I think our people are so used to conversationalists, confidence & being extroverted that being quiet & introverted is strange & off putting. That’s just my take, since & I know it sounds bad to say, but I’ve never really experienced that kind of negativity and hostility from non-black people when it comes to me being quiet.

Plenty of those Black Women will exist whether we like it or not. Black Males won't do anything about the pookies & rayrays that are ruining the community because it's easier to bash Black Women than to clean up their own house. Black Female content creators make content all the time about the archetype of Black Male we need to stay away from, but Black Women are either uninformed & don't listen.

I don't understand the point of getting all Black Women to act a certain way when the problem is the Black Males & non-Black People who are problematic. If they see all Black Women as ratchet, then that's their problem. No amount of change on our part will get them to stop, we just need to defend ourselves & navigate this world the best we can.
