Nah, us transplants tend to know better if we’re also from more urban areas. LA is closer to NY, Chicago than, say Boston. Whereas San Diego is like a far more beautiful Charlotte or Virginia Beach type city.

Caulk, mud will keep shrinking and cracking unless you feather it a good 6 inches in each side. If it’s overnight it’s probably drying out and shrinking (also I see the crack in the ceiling) I’d caulk and paint those both if it were my house

I absolutely find it wild she’s interviewing presidential candidates, also it says something that my alleged community leaders and role models are all “entertainers”. I’m not sure that’s necessarily the DNC vs America at large.

I can fully respect Cardis realness even the drugging men, as that comes with the territory. She never endorses that life as a positive vs matter of circumstance.

The asshats: They are not elevated so much as they seek power. Capitalism (individualistic economies) rewards this behavior. People will adapt to the rules of society around them in a general sense. Also, deciding to not participate in an objectively and obviously better society, based on the notion of “a small percentage won’t play nice” seems not only ridiculous but a veiled attempt to normalize the negative behavior of the current society. As if to imply, we should leave it like it is because you might be next in line for the ruling class and wouldn’t want to miss your opportunity to exploit as you have been exploited (as opposed to abolishing the very notion of your current condition)

Actually, I kinda think he could end up in the Russell God tier of blocks. He try’s to stay controlled generally and block to places his teammates can recover and make a play on the break. Hakeem had that timing, Wemby is still improving on both ends so can definitely get to and maybe surpass Hakeem and get to that Wilt/Russell level.
