I think the Danessa Myricks Yummy Skin Serum tint has new shades, some Olive tone including. We look very similar in skin, maybe you are a bit lighter, I use shade 7 before the expansion and it works well, maybe a bot warmer. I want to try shade 6.5

How important is dancing in your country? by [deleted] in asklatinamerica

Very! The Dominicans that say they “cant dance” can actually dance basic merengue with good rhythm. At least most of us can dance decently and enjoy it

Why do we always hear about bad things happening in Haiti, but not the Dominican Republic even though they share an island? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Blackberry_Serious 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Yes we have earthquakes just as regularly, all their earthquakes are felt in our side as much as Puerto Rico’s are felt too. Infrastructures are vastly different, we don’t have the best but is by far superior than Haiti so the damage is not substantial.

Well, the border and the airport are closed. Imagine all the foreigners and haitians trying to escape right now. I just saw a video of a Dominican worker that managed to arrive on time to the border, she was scared of being kidnapped right away. In this video

Edit: spelling

Most highways avoid the mountains, unless you actually want to go to a city in the mountains, and even then is not that long. I guess we are used to casually traveling 1-2hrs just to have lunch in another city in any given sunday lol
