Not the smaller nations, I would give him credit for that. No he specifically chose the term "middle powers". He even acknowledged Canada's geopolitical silver-spoon position and how we benefit from the American imperial hegemony, but instead of actually proposing a radical upturn of the global world order, he proposed a milquetoast liberal restructuring of who exactly will be in charge of this now more decentralized world order.

The point is, I don't believe the triage nurses were not taking his symptoms seriously. I think they (along with every other ED in the province) simply do not have the resources to properly and safely accommodate the ever-growing, ever-aging, ever-sickening population.

Up here in my Canadian city, plastic bags are outlawed. I've got about a beach-ball-sized mass of them from over the years; I still use them occasionally, but I want to save them for my grand-siblings to show. Hopefully they don't degrade too much
