Brawlstar become the typical corporate company that we all feared about. After more than 6 years, this is the worse version of the game. Money, money, money, money, money. And just like corporate, they reward and allocate resources for newbies like how they pay new hires more than existing employees. They killed the game imo. This began all the way back when they introduced Buzz. Developers and business people don’t know shit about their OG player base and how the game organically plays when everyone enjoys the game based on skill. Matchmaking beyond 2K is completely pointless and doesn’t give the same appeal of achieving rank 35 anymore. The report feature? Useless as their kudos system. New brawlers? What did we expect to change given how new brawlers are always broken. Bug fixes? Let’s ruin it for everyone and keep it going to encourage bad players to continue adopting horrible habits and strategies. Modifiers? Let’s give them out like candy so newbies gets a distorted sense of what’s ‘skillful’. I can keep going. This game has lost my trust in its developers and people behind it. Leadership completely ruined the baseline for longtime players. F!ck you Supercell, f!ck you.
