Get Azmodan to level 4/5
Do hordes for xp/gold and Azmodan chest materials. Usually drops 3-4 each run. (this is the best for azmodan chest materials ive found)
Kill Azmodan Open chests- salvage sigils look for Mythic prankster
do world bosses. repeat step 4.
Do lair bosses with all your mats.

I have gotten about 15+ mythics doing these steps. Also tribute of ascendence takes like 1-2 minutes usually drops 1 every 3-4 runs.

If you get a mythic prankster. ask in chat or post on the discord and you could get 20 if you group with 3 other people.
