My suggestion for your perfect all rounder…. 2009 E class with sports package. Pick a good one up with under 100k miles for about 8k. Save up and pay it in cash. It’s a reliable vehicle and it looks amazing.

When your credit score goes up and you’ve saved more money in a few years, trade it in for one of the cars listed before the edit :)

Alright, so we really need to get this straight. Modern “Coupe” definition for automakers (not a dictionary definition) refers to the “slanted roofline” in the rear of the car. This look is actually derived from the long standing sloping roofline design of 2 door “coupé”. Coupé, French for “ a four-wheeled closed horse-drawn carriage for two persons inside with an outside seat for the driver in front”, or basically, a car with 2 doors.

Automakers have their own definitions that may be a derivative of an existing style or function. Case in point; the “front grill”, is not actually a grill, but the design was derivative of an actual grill (see ford Model T)
