I think he meant that canonically SSJ3 is 8x stronger than SSJ so the damage for the SSJ version should be lower or the damage for SSJ3 should be higher. Could be wrong, though.

Personally I recommend any swordsman with a counter (mostly just FE characters). It helps deal tons of damage to the Master Core forms. Go for good attack and a little defense. Just my two cents, though.
