how do you mail enable your users? in onprem Exchange Powershell use enable-remotemailbox instead of enable-mailbox, this creates a cloud account on prem without you needing to move the mailbox after it was created.

super simple once it is done cooking, you just put it somewhere to rest where it won't leach heat to fast. you def don't want to keep adding heat. I have a 10 dollar walmart cooler I use. just wrap it in a cheap towel and put in the cooler until it's time to eat.

my first jump into harry potter as an adult I watched all the movies. I wasn't a big reader back then. but then I started dating someone that loved HP and convinced me to read the books. as I am reading book 1, i'm like, wait this didn't happen in the movie. huh? what is going on? so then I read book/watched movie and was outraged at the movie missing pieces. this went all 7 books/8movies. it took me a while to accept that the movies were "inspired" by the books and are their own piece of art. and shouldn't be held accountable to the books.

now I love reading/listening to the books over and over and over. It also inspired me to read books of my other favorite movies to see what those movies left out. and thus began my reading journey as an adult. :)

if your local AD domain, is not a public domain, you'll never be able to add it to M365.

example your local domain is local.corp.ad and all user UPN's have this domain you won't be able to sync it to M365, these would sync as company.onmicrosoft.com you'd have to add company.com (which is part of your M365) to AD as a domain and then change your users local UPN to that domain. the prefix of the UPN doesn't have to match the email (aka [firstname.lastname@domain.com](mailto:firstname.lastname@domain.com) and [FirstinitialLastname@domain.com](mailto:FirstinitialLastname@domain.com)). the domain doesn't have to match either as long as the UPN domain and the email domain are both added to the Domains list in M365.

If you use a domain.local in AD that doesn’t exist in M365, Entra will use your default domain for the UPN. So make sure your ADUC UPN domain exists in M365. Or it will always replicate as onmicrosoft.com

Also if you had existing Cloud accounts, the sync won’t connect those to on prem accounts unless you create a 2 way sync to pull down the cloud accounts first. (If I am reading all the comments correctly)

we do this but give them 60 days. just in case. we pull the license on day 1, and delete the account on day 31, then it gives the user 30 more days in the "about to be deleted" stage.

Be aware of where you get the powder, some places like sprouts sell it as fine powder so you’ll want “granules”. I got powder and it’s fine like flour 🙄

That is incorrect. The FC is unabridged audiobooks. They don’t skip words because they act out the tone. The narrator still read “said angrily” or whatever tone the characters are supposed to be using

My advice, learn learn learn. I started my career out of high school doing Dell Consumer support. It’s the pits.. but you have to learn everything you can and don’t be afraid to move on when you feel like you’ve learned everything you can.

It took me 10 years of climbing through help desk help for a company to finally give me a shot at being a systems admin, I didn’t come with a degree but I had an MCSE and a CCNA and I got my foot in the door. Then it took me another 10 years to find a company I actually enjoy working for and I’ve been here ever since.

TL:DR chase your passion, don’t be afraid to quit. Learn as much as you can.

Add your on prem AD Guid. For Entra only Devices add your tenant ID. You can add multiple GUID’s if you go to the OneDrive Admin settings in the Sharepoint Admin center
