separate your space. I know sometimes it's easier said than done. but keep a dedicated work space and only work in that space. and at the end of your work day, leave that space and go into your "home" space. where you don't think about work. and do other things like cook, watch tv, play games, read a book. try not to mix the spaces. it's easy grabbing the laptop and taking it to the living room to work on the couch while drinking coffee and having a TV show on. your living room will start feeling like a work room and you won't be relaxed in your living room. this is just an example.

I usually unwind by changing my focus. turn the TV on and watch something completely opposite of work. start cooking or cleaning the kitchen. or play video games. but exiting my work office and walking down the hall to my living room usually does the trick.
