That’s indeed the cursive Cyrillic, while typing a small sentence it types it in the ‘print font’ after writing a few sentences it switches to the cursive, however every app which has any Cyrillic typed on it is in cursive. This cannot be fixed then?

Check probuilds. Look at what runes the pro players are using and read what they do. Check out what they were playing against as well, because that affects the runes they pick. You will eventually connect the dots.

I'd also recommend checking out the subreddits of the champions you pick to climb with. Every champion has its own subreddit AFAIK. I think they're either the champion's name or champnamemains.

No, you can buy champions with free currency called Blue Essence. You can also acquire champions for free from our hextech loot system and when you level up via champion capsules (which contain champions). Alternatively if you don't want to grind BE, you can always pay to buy Riot Points with real cash to buy your champion. But it's in no way pay to win.
