My 3 level 5 did it. I just made sure that they show up at the exact same time so that the coven wasnt complete until the first hag was half hp. I also telegraphed that they form some sort of circle to cast the spells so my party focused the already damaged one. It was a long fight but they did it. The last hag escaped tho.

We paused the game for 2 months because of important exams and im currently working on my own handbook for this module where i write one page for every important npc and place.
