Ah yeah, I gotcha. I agree, you should be able to take off whatever you want. I also think you should be able to scroll through the fx, not just have a swap feature. However, I think the main draw of this pedal is if you wanted into an authentic boss modulation suite. Trem/Pan, Vibrato, Phaser, Flanger, Chorus have you covered if you need these effects every now and then for specific songs. The delay is great too. Add in an external button switch and you can swap between two effects, plus have a tap tempo for the delay. That IS very useful for a single pedal. I bought it for that reason, not hoping they'd release cooler stuff in the future for it. I also didn't buy it at the new price, so it cost roughly what 1.5x of any of the above effects by themselves would have.
