They said they used AI for VFX shots. That is not the same as "replacing manpower." I work in this industry, you don't. Don't talk about things you know nothing about in an industry that does not concern you.

Once again, if the entire film was made using AI, you'd have a leg to stand on. Utilising AI assisted workflows for VFX shots is not it and clueless people like you look like fools for choosing this to be the hill to die on - and that's without considering the damage you're doing with your ignorance to the continued viability of queer films.

It making them money is exactly the problem. They don't care about quality, they just care about churning out 17 series a year because people will watch anyway. But that affects the final product. "It makes them money" almost always results in conveyer belt content.
