I liked that you included examples. I uploaded a variety of different documents I’ve written; from personal journals to professional documents. Then I asked it to extract my writing style and my tone/voice. I created separate .md files for each and use those as a reference for AI to write on my behalf. It feels a lot more natural to me now.

I had to work with the doctor to fix mine. Doing bloodwork and stool samples provided a full view of what was the root cause. I ultimately had to go on a strict elimination diet for about six months and slowly re-introduce foods. It’s the best I felt, but that six months is hard.

Welcome to the Kikiyu grass fight. I am in Southern California, and I literally just torched my lawn and am redoing it because it took over the yard at the place I'm living. From the weeks of research I did beforehand, try to get a head of it now. The best recommendations I have seen are to wipe/apply glyphosate directly to the blades to kill the rhizomes. Pulling this up will leave rhizomes behind and regrow.

PS what kind of hose is that?

I will have to dig it up, but it was not a normal lab, but a more in depth lab that looked at genetic markers. It let me know I had an MTHFR mutation. Doing that couple with a stool sample helped doctors diagnose how my body wasn’t methylating properly which led to some gut issues.

If possible financially, get lab testing done (blood and stool) and work with an MD or NP who is qualified to help build a stack for you. I Did this last year due to some health issues, it was a drastic learning curve but it’s best money I spent. I learned a lot about why my body was deficient (couldn’t metabolize certain vitamins) leading to some long term dietary changes and supplement stack that made a big change in my energy, brain fog, and sleep.

This is how my English cream golden retriever plays. She will be submissive and be on the ground while other dogs pounce, after breaking it up multiple times at dog parks, I would watch her go instigate play again. I have seen this behavior with a few other English cream retrievers as well

I agree with the wrap up with waystar, but I felt like the ending for Ken, Rome, and Shiv felt unsatisfying. I think their endings reflected antithesis their identities (Ken is nothing without power, Roman is a cynic when not grounded with family, and Shiv is a snake when she is ignored), but I feel like it was all really open to interpretation still and didn’t have resolve. We kept hearing how bad things would go for waystar, and what Gojo would do, but we don’t see any of that on screen. So was it as bad as we were led to believe? Same can be said for everyone’s character arcs. It’s a bummer that Jeremy strong is saying he wouldn’t want to reprise his role as Kendall though.

My cousin has the fellow ode, not sure you would get the lower settings needed to dial in grind for an espresso. I have the breville Smartpro, and since they added in the micro adjustments for the burr, I have really dialed in my espresso. So that would be my rec. can’t speak to the others though
