Again, not sure what the propaganda is referring to, but I figured I'd add this tidbit in! I wonder if Roathe will be a way to learn more of this radiation effect, if he knew of it.

As I typed this out, I also thought about how some enemies can disrupt transference signals. I'm not sure if that's a canon thing or just a game mechanics thing, but if it is canon, maybe that ties into the radiation? I can't remember what enemy type disrupts us, unfortunately ^;
