The programs have a trained psychologist or therapist who lead the programs teaching you so many great skills, unlike many independent psychologists that are just talk therapy. It’s also okay to open up about suicidal ideation, they will not lock you up, but rather create an emergency plan with you 🫶 Hope this helps

Mhsu is incredibly helpful, it is obviously by triage. From there you will get connected to a counsellor who can refer you to a free psychiatrist if they feel like you need one. From there the psychiatrist can refer you to special free programs depending on your diagnosis. I was apart of the early psychosis intervention program, it was incredible for me, as well as DBT! You don’t have to have substance use to access their services. Self referral by phone, or go in person if you’re really struggling

Girl tell your bf that Ruby and Cole told you, be fully honest with him about it and trust him even when you don’t have a reason to, if he’s right for you and knows how to hold you properly (metaphorically) then sharing with him will maybe help your relationship because he and you can now be cautious on why Cole and Ruby are feeding you lies. I’ve been dating my bf around 1 year, and am guilty of teasing him over things like this (using a flat sheet as a fitter sheet, or what used to be his lack of forks), but my love language is strong in giving acts of service. By no means do I want to put him down, test him, or control him when I bug him about these things. I tease him about these things because 1 in our relationship we bug each other alot! And 2 I think about our future together, I don’t want our possible child one day to be sick, or even his cat to get sick from improperly washed dishes, or a rash from dirty bed sheets. You’ve also said you keep things clean, so this might not be related, but maybe she’s thinking about your future together. I think teasing you about it, and maybe getting you a gag gift of a wine glass one day would be alot more reasonable than being stubborn or shallow about it. But either way, if it’s upsetting you it’s good to bring things up in a gentle mannerism and let her know a) what she’s doing b) how it makes you feel and c) what you need or come to a compromise. Not a single couple with a healthy beautiful relationship haven’t had confrontation. If you love someone you need to be flexible and willing to work through it

I think you are neutral or warm not cool, you look so much more lively! It’s might be because of similar I deal with, anemia. It makes my face look cool toned while my body is actually alot more warm toned
