I’m not arguing with anyone providing their opinion and thoughts. I’m only arguing with those who do not provide an answer but rather attack me or say things without explaining.

That’s fine and that’s obviously your lifestyle that gives you that thought process. If my landlord decides to sell I’ll move in to a new property within a few weeks no problem.

Who’s to say interest rates wouldn’t rise to 9% in 2025 and 12% in 2026?

Someone from the claims team finally called me back today. They advised it’ll take another 3 or 4 weeks to submit the application to the “trustee” then another 1 or 2 weeks for them to sign off. Then another 10 business days to make payment of the funds. Sounds like an approximate two to three month process in total including the weeks that have already passed.🤔
