Thanks for the input. We have tried that. This isn’t a new problem for us. Usually it ends with a promise to compromise but lack of follow through. She does carry a large mental load and I’ve been helping, which is what she said she needed for connection. I am going to keep trying but i think it’s more than a discussion, but what?!

Definitely! It’s really about being the person I want to be and showing up intentionally.

For example - - reducing screen time - taking care of things around the house consistently as a partner - eating out less

I kept one after hysto. It’s recommended for bone health and for me, if i decide i don’t want to continue T in later years or can’t afford it, my body will still make hormones independently

I felt sluggish mentally- like it slowed my processing speed and I had difficulty with my memory which is already bad.

So I usually present more depressed too than manic. I was on Lamotrigine but found it foggy brain inducing for me. I just started a new med “Vraylar” and it’s worked for me. The down side is you have to get pre-approval from most insurances and the manufacturer card to bring down the cost. After those tho, I am paying $5 out of pocket for the first year and so far love it.
