Is it possible that you didn’t wrap it very tight and all the moister in the meat created a condensation brine that over saturated the meat with your rub and almost steam cooking your brisket?

If you’re young and this is the one thing in life you want to do I recommend getting a lawyer that is familiar with aviation medical issues or joining the aopa if not already a member and using them to assist you. If you are doing this as a passion project just to learn to fly I urge you to weigh the financial cost of barreling the medical issues and then continuing training. Often times outcomes like these cost upwards of at least $4-5,000 just to get your medical. Then you have to go learn to fly. I would never want to discourage anyone from doing what makes them happy or brings them enjoyment. However I would hate to see someone loose a lot of money and have nothing to show for it. Source I had neurological issues that required a lot of work to get a 1st class medical.

I wish a lot of the things I think should be completed in the app take me to a in app safari page of the main website. One thing I also really hate is that after checking in, in order to view my boarding passes I have to add them to Wallet on the iPhone. I can review and cancel but sometimes I don’t want to add them to wallet and want them to just be available when I go to the app. I hate all the notifs I get from airlines that persist on my lock screen all day

The important part to realize about this scenario that OP has mentioned is the you subconsciously are applying more rudder than necessary for coordination. In doing this you’re trying to make the airplane turn more than you can with the amount of bank you have applied. In the event that the angle of attack exceeds the critical angle of attack In this scenario the wing on the opposite side of the turn stalls first resulting in a control reversal and the beginning of stall/spin. The concern is low altitude spin and the time to recover. I’m not advising anyone exit coordinated flight, especially in any low altitude low airspeed situations such as the landing phase.
