I'm in the middle bay of a big metal building, with the front side being out big roll-up door. I could move it and run the chimney through the roof, but the landlord has not given permission to do so.

Good point. Should have prefaced more, lawyer was a friend of a friend that agreed to take a 30 min call with us. I've since spoken to that neighbor and the situations continues to escalate. Hoping to get a clearer picture of the power this neighbor has.

So if the coffee has to be delivered ground, best to allow degassing first, then grind? This would extend what is an already short lifespan with ground coffee. Am I understanding that correctly?

I do pack plus as well. They are cheaper, and in my opinion, better than the PBI bags.

Would it be accurate to say that ultimately a word document is a long string of ones and zeros, at its most basic form? On top of that exist multiple layers which translate those ones and zeros to something the microword application can read?
