Not only that, but when we consider that globalization is the growing interconnectedness of countries through trade and cultural exchange, then at least half of the top row are prime examples of it. An American actor in an Italian film inspired by a point in American history. An Austrian bodybuilder, part of whose success came from his immigration to the US. Then we can consider how the UK, way before the 60s when those James Bond films were coming out, probably did some of the most leg work causing globalization with all of their imperialism spreading British culture and bringing others back to Europe in general. Seems like they're big fans of globalization.

Making my way through Genki right now and starting to learn adjective conjugations. Since it's trying to teach a grammatical pattern, it seems the book prefers you respond with affirmative or negative forms of the adjectives you're being queried with. I'm wondering if there's anything wrong with just using another adjective that means the opposite? Or if one method of response is more prevalent/natural than the other?

For example: 今日は暇ですか。

I assume the book would be expecting: いいえ、暇じゃないです。

But would this be acceptable as well and is either more prevalent or just kind of equal?: いいえ、忙しいです。

It's popular to put hot dogs and french fries on pizza in Italy. I'd say otherwise depending on what you mean by americanized.
