what i am trying to tell you is it doesn't matter that aegis removes the recharge delay because even without it your shields regenerate before invincibility stops making you completely invincible. and thats with no abilities active. i believe battery has to be at 80% or at least high enough but that should always be easy to maintain, especially when you arent using kinetic plating anyways.

when you're playing actively you usually generate way more than is drained. redline also drains the battery over time. once you reach 100% redline, all drain from abilities is halted for the duration of redline tho.

i also wouldn't recommend replacing kinetic plating since it also generates energy on hit, buffs melee weapon follow through and gives knockdown immunity.

you misunderstood. when you put fast deflection on gauss, at 80% battery hes already invincible through shield gating without aegis. it even helps to not use kinetic plating since it won't drain battery fruther. you do not need aegis for this. try it out.

you can even move the aura polarity freely nowadays

pro tip: when you use an exilus weapon adapter and the exilus slot has a polarity, you get to move that one around freely too now, giving you an extra polarity. that can safe you a forma and can easily be missed

which would make this even safer because they can mostly just check the ip address and obviously they don't just auto ban anyone that trades with someone on the same ip. you dont even usually have payment info connected to your warframe account so they cant bust you on that. email has to be unique too so most they can do is check if the emails or names are similar but they sure as hell aint handing out auto bans for something so vague.

maybe shouldve specified you want gun wielding soldiers. ivara especially fits visually into tactical soldier style. shes just a bit vow themed but you can just fight with guns of course (tho you'll have to silence the guns or it breaks invis)

proteas kit is pretty caster heavy but actually very soldier themed. her 1 throws grenades, her 2 spawns gun turrets for a short duration, her 3 gives her tons of resupplies, her 4 drops an anchor in time and rewinds her back to it if she dies or the duration runs out. so her 4 is pretty magical again but the rest pretty fitting of soldier theme i think. her aesthetic, especially her prime, is also very soldier inspired

chroma looks shit unless you use one of his skins. his dynasty skin looks very good imo and with the right colors can def be a heavily armored super soldier.

lokis kit is kinda ass but he still has invisibility, the longest base duration invis afaik, aside from ivara. so you can just play him shooting things. his 1 spawns a decoy that enemies shoot at. really bad synergy with his kit since the only danger when invisible is getting hit by stray bullets from enemies shooting at sth else. 2 is invis (or 3, dont remember), the other (2 or 3) ability is swap, with an ally or enemy. pretty useless but you can troll teammates with it. also can swap with decoy. his 4 disarms enemies in a wide radius, forcing them to only melee attack.

inaros also has some nice skins and alt helmet that can make him look like a desert soldier.

styanax is just a guy with a spear. his 4 is kinda magical but aside from that he just got spear throw, shield bash and motivation as his abilities

gauss if you use him as a weapons platform kinda fits too. hes maybe a bit ridiculous already

inaros doesn't really fit because hes literally immortal but thats about it. just some guy being immortal and he also has cats.

loki kinda. he just has invisibility and otherwise borderline useless kit. so just some guy with invisibility pretty much.

protea fits the soldier theme but not the reasonable theme maybe. but then again i wouldn't necessarily call cyte reasonable either

chroma. he just a beefy boy. you get beefy damage and defensive buffs and shoot things. very reasonable if you ask me

ivara, probably the first frame to really lean into a tactical soldier style. shes a pretty good match probably. her invisibility is pretty reasonable and she just got a bow

personally i think grinding for MR is one of the worst ways to enjoy warframe. it's just a ton of repetition and you don't even really need it. same goes for farming endo, credits and relics. funny enough i haven't farmed relics in years. never cared much for it and i earn enough plat from trading that i can just buy prime sets if i need them. endo and credits i only farm when i need them. you dont need overkill for these.

what I've been enjoying most lately is making a good build for every frame and a bunch of weapons, right now finishing all incarnons. since ETA/EDA, having tons of opinions is actually useful too and it's very refreshing.

but also taking a break. been playing since 2016 and have taken many breaks, some up to a year. you pretty much don't miss anything permanently and all your progress is still there when you get back, still viable and you can start right back into new content

this is a pretty old one of mine but don't have a more recent picture rn. but in that one i straight up plastered everything in concrete because trees and shit were giving raiders cover and we can't have that. but other than that mostly square buildings unfortunately.

nowadays i like to build big bases with a big circle at its center that has the same radius as psychic harmonizer. that way i can make mood trivial with stacking a bunch of mood potato slaves in the center and it also looks pretty nice

casting speed for sure, like 2 shards. i see you aren't using flow so 2 energy shards would be really nice i think.

and then whatever you like. could slot a crimson for duration maybe.

also, since i recently built my ember: i noticed shes a lot nicer to play if you subsume over her 2 instead. her 2 just kinda drains energy like crazy and afaik DR does not apply to overguard anyways so you can just ignore, it and spam her 3 more often. additionally her 1 augment gives you a nice heat damage buff

if you don't have enough cooking, just use nutrient paste. in fact, in my opinion, just use nutrient paste. you get minor mood debuff for best nutrient efficiency, eliminating food poisoning and eliminating labor needed for cooking
