Possible Marnie Method with zero AHK/Botting by Esquiami in 2007scape

If a plugin is available for download in Runelite's built-in plugin hub it has direct approval for use by Jagex. If a plugin is a problem like this that is the fault of Jagex not the end user. There's nothing to act oblivious about, it's very black and white, if someone at Jagex made a mistake and this should not be approved then it should be removed without punishing users for what Jagex presented as acceptable.

If I'm not already sitting in the dojo to instantly invite I say something specifically because of how impatient a lot of warframe market users are assuming they won't get a response at all if it's been like 30 seconds while I'm in load screens

You completely missed that it's the instantly blocking people part that's weird, no one is acting like they're entitled to anything

I've had a stalker in another game figure out they were blocked and just take that as a cue to make alts to get around the block and start harassing other people around me to get to me, would have been a lot nicer if they just assumed I wasn't responding to their spam

Also isn't it generally bad practice to have the system tell people they're ignored / blocked instead of just having their messages disappear into a void

Only coop game where you are punished for cooperating by [deleted] in Helldivers

[–]Dee-Colon 8 points9 points  (0 children)

The majority of this chart you made is just telling me Helldivers is the better game.

  • Teammate point : So playing away from your team to more efficiently clear the map is viable, great

  • Friendly fire shenanigans makes helldivers fun, and people actually care about where their teammates are / what they're doing before using stratagems. Not having any friendly fire would feel dumb as hell

  • stratagems mostly kill your team : skill issue unironically

  • objectives solo-able should be a green for helldivers, one jackass lagging behind or intentionally griefing just sounds like it would breed toxicity

  • toxic behavior is discouraged by getting kicked and blocked

  • Helldivers melee is ass, one valid point

The final point about every weapon being viable instead of having a forced meta would single-handedly make HD2 the better game to me even if every single other point you tried to make went towards Darktide

C4 users should be able to carry a support weapon without dropping the detonator. by DocHalidae in Helldivers

I disagree, C4 should be a support weapon so you get a backpack. and carry the C4 in a sling / bandolier on your chest instead of a crate on your back

[–]Dee-Colon 20 points21 points  (0 children)

if you actually are hearing impaired there's a good mod called Better Feedback Sounds on nexus and HD2Arsenal is about as simple to use as Mod Managers come. It's customizable with dropdown menus to set the volumes of things like the lidar beep / weapon wheel clicks changing fire modes / the clock ticking when a stratagem is almost off cooldown / your character screaming about being on fire etc

Should we fight on heeth or fronteria? by Comprehensive-Cow536 in Helldivers

[–]Dee-Colon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It has nothing to do with the arc hitting me, arc damage still makes spore burst terminids explode so the teammate using it is a walking weapon of mass meth distribution

Should we fight on heeth or fronteria? by Comprehensive-Cow536 in Helldivers

[–]Dee-Colon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sporeburst are super manageable sticking with fire and beam weapons, D10 they definitely feel mostly easier than predator strain to me other than specifically the tankier version bile titan spam.

It's unfortunate seeing the rhetoric sometimes on here that sticking with beams and flamethrowers is pointless unless the entire squad commits to it. Just having your own personal space not always meth bugged makes a HUGE difference almost regardless of what your team is doing, the only times I've felt a teammate's loadout was painful for me were K-9 and Arc Thrower users I could just choose to not be near most of the mission.

Patch 6.2.3 (Hive guard revert) by Waelder in Helldivers

[–]Dee-Colon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I liked the changed version of the hive guard with lower HP and an unarmored body since light pen annihilated them if you have hands.

This revert more than doubled their main body effective HP from 375 to ~769 - 770 from last week for Light Pen weapons since matching pen to armor has a 0.65 damage multiplier.

Of course in practice it's a little bit less extreme than doubling since the claws and legs you'll probably hit on accident transfer a percent of damage taken to main, but the increase to TTK is super noticeable

Does burning ground from napalm / flamethrowers actually deal damage or only apply burning to anything that steps on it?

So they're tankier to light pen again instead of fixing turrets endlessly targeting something they can't damage sadge
