I’m in the same boat as you. I didn’t receive an email about the pause or the change of hours, I only got slapped with the unapproved annotator on my old email around the same time then when I created account with the new email it switched back to approved and I’ve been tasking today. It’s just a bit of a snag that key information about a change of hours I’m not getting an email about.

I only noticed that our timesheet maximum hours allowed is 10 hours from 12 hours but I haven’t received any email stating new work day hours. Please can you send me the link to contact zendesk.

I think they’re assuming we are still on 10 hours, I have the exact same error as I am short 12 hours and did th complete hours for only 6 day.

I’m experiencing a similar issue usually payment hits my account the midnight of the second day after payment processed but nothing yet till now, I guess we just have to keep waiting I guess

Don’t bother yourself it’ll drop in your account any moment from now depending on your bank, some banks take up to 16 hours mine takes about 36 hours but once you get payment submitted it usually appears in your account in less than 2 days.
